We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At morzia Crafts, we take pride in our handcrafted Moroccan products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve established the following returns and refunds policy.

Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The return window begins on the delivery date according to the carrier’s tracking information
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Complete with all included accessories, tags, and documentation
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • All cosmetic and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping any items back

Proof of Purchase

When initiating a return, you must provide:

  • Your order number (preferred)
  • OR proof of purchase (email confirmation, receipt)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, item different from description) or a convincing reason accepted by our team, morzia Crafts will cover return shipping costs
  • For returns due to change of mind or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method
  • We recommend insuring the package for the value of the merchandise and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is complete

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos documenting the damage
  • Damaged items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team
  • If damage occurred during shipping, we may require additional documentation for shipping insurance claims

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise specified
  • Depending on your payment provider and banking institution, refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

  • If you prefer to exchange your item(s) rather than receive a refund, please indicate this when initiating your return
  • Specify the item(s) you would like in exchange (including size, color, or other variations)
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Exchange items will ship once we receive and process your returned items

Refund Options

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Store credit in the form of a coupon for future purchases

Additional Information

Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale follow the same return policy unless specifically marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns

  • International customers follow the same return policy as domestic customers
  • Please note that international shipping times may affect the 30-day return window
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during the return shipping process

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again and then contact:

  • Your credit card company or bank (it may take some time for the refund to officially post)
  • Your email for our refund confirmation
